The final sites of mine that are hosted by GoDaddy, will be joining the rest of my online real estate at AN Hosting.
I was trying to do it myself, and learn something in the process. But what I learned was… call on available tech support!
If, over the next few days you check Center of Muse and get an error message - please be patient and check back later!
Sincerely,
Meg

Today, on MegMeyer.Com I posted about my new “Income Automation Project.” This project will happen across various businesses I have a controlling stake in.
My new “Income Automation Project,” which may be seen as mundane, is actually quite exciting. Rather than being passive income, where I just do nothing and sit back and watch the money roll in, it is lazily active… I’m doing something… just not a lot - once the system is in place.
This will save time, money, hassle, and trees, in the long run. It is very worth the work being put in to the Income Automation Project.
Being a citizen of the world and interested in green living and green business - using internet technologies is not new to me. With the new changes in my companies, however, we’ll be going virtually paperless - turning paper forms into online forms, and streamlining the client intake process.
Our billing department and accounts payable department have been online for a year, with great success. Sure, sometimes things need to be printed, but often, we can avoid keeping paper files and records of everything under the sun.
If it has a digital or online counterpart, we will be moving to a modern, information-age, money-making system.
For while we do what we do for the love of it - there are, inevitably bills to pay. And making money online is a part of that system.

Monday night was a ladies’ night for me and three other ladies of varying decades. A fabulous time was had by all.
Little did I know, when we were hanging out outside of the theater that several of the performers that were about to knock our socks off, strolled on past. I looked at a handsome young man, and wondered what was up with the black shirt and black jeans… he seemed too happy to be emo. And then another slightly balding man with leather pants walked in, leaving me feel better about my choice to attend the show in jeans.
In the opening number, both of these gentlemen appeared on stage before us, with their string instruments and a smile.
If you like world music, string instruments and a good time, I highly recommend Bowfire.

When you take on self-publishing a work of your own, be wary of some of the reasons that traditional publishing looks down on self-published books. While some of the reasons do not hold up in the current marketplace with some of the best sellers coming from the self-publishing marketplace.
One of the biggest mistakes I see authors make is not spell checking their own work and not hiring their own editor. - Meg Meyer
When your own name goes on the work, and it is YOU self-publishing - regardless of what printing or publishing company you work with - You, Mr. or Ms. Author, are responsible for the quality of your work. If you spend $1000, to have your book in print, and it comes out with a typo, a wrong word, or formatting issues - it is likely your own fault and $1000 down the drain.
People work hard for their money. They don’t want to spend $10-$20 a pop for a shoddy product. You might get your friends and family and possibly a few others to buy a copy. But if the work is poor - you lose the possibility of turning those buyers into fans.
So in your budget for your writing business, be sure to include time and money to ensure your book is perfect prior to printing. Then you can turn each new reader into a fan for life.
