Website design, writing & editing projects:

My subcontractor project is going well. My client is happy, their client is happy. I have the satisfaction of a high profile client without the ability to talk about it. (Yet.) I think they were pleasantly surprised that I came in with the project completed in less time and for less money than they expected.

The Midwife I’m helping has discovered she got taken advantage of by her former host/”designer.” I suspect a notice to the BBB will be warranted. I hope things will go smoothly from here on out and that she’ll be super happy with what we’ve put together. So far, she says, “Meg, I just have to say that you are awesome! I love your style. Thanks for your professionalism and complete information.” (Mental note – file that under “fabulous ego stroking testimonials.”)

The gift/tea shop owner, Colleen is a wonderful lady. I can’t wait to work with her on getting her business online. She’s got a terrificly eclectic store that features unique and mind opening gifts from all over the world. People need to know about it!

New Business Coaching Winners

My ProBlogger bunch: I couldn’t be happier with the seven of nine (ok, I’m a geek, but I so had to) winners who are in touch and scheduled to begin group business coaching this month. Spiritual, creative, and ambitious – my kind of folks. I think their path to success will be paved with enlightening evolution, so I hope they stick with it for more than just their “gift month.” Either way I hope they’re ready to do some work to get dynamic results in only 30 days!

I also have some fabulous surprises coming up! Stay tuned!

Top Executives, Celebrities, Athletes, and Entrepreneurs work with coaches that help motivate, support, and help them do what they do - only better.

Since the 1980′s, coaching has gone from an underground profession, with clients denying they have a coach, to becominga status symbol and almost a necessity for success.

Whether you know you want one, or are just currious, this article will offer some advice on evaluating the affordability of coaching.

Coaching by Any Other Name

Life Coach. Personal Coach. Business Coach. Executive Coach. Or as I lovingly call my helpful profession: “Rent-a-Yenta.” Many professionals that offer coaching services also call themselves Consultants (a misnomer, but more easily understood).

Ways a Coach Can Help

What do you want?

You want to work for yourself but you don’t know what to do or where to begin.

You have so many great ideas, you don’t know which way to go first.

You just want to get out of your corporate sandbox.

These are some of the ways that a Coach can help you narrow the field so you can create defined goals to target.

How do you get there from here?

A coach can ask the right questions to help you define your best goals, uncover your strengths, outsource your weaknesses, and help you define the steps to achieve what you want.

A life coach can also help you create your ultimate work-life balance and reduce the negative stresses in your life.

A business coach can help you start-up, grow, maintain, or develop an exit strategy for your business, or career.

Active Questions:

Ask yourself the following questions & write down your answers.

1. What life goals or business dreams could I better, quicker, more successfully accomplish, with the help of a Life Coach or Business Coach?

2. What would it cost me, in time, money, stress level to go it alone?

3. Will I profit quicker if I work through my goals with a Coach?

Top Executives, Celebrities, Athletes, and Entrepreneurs work with coaches that help motivate, support, and help them do what they do – only better.

Obviously, since I AM a professional Coach (have been since 2001) I want to have the opportunity to see if we work well together. (I don’t just take any client. And I offer a money back guarantee.) But even we are not the right Client / Coach match, I want to encourage you to keep looking.

You want to be at the top of your game, the head of your class, the head honcho in your industry – You need a coach to get there.
