As many of you know, I get “Wander Lust” or “The Travel Bug” as some call it. I’m not alone in this.

My friend is getting her passport, this year, with nowhere specific to go. She just wants to have it for when she randomly decides to fly to London or Italy on a whim.

Ok, now I’m thinking about Hawaii. And craving chili coated dried mango.

My friends, who venture to Hawaii about once a year, always come back with this soy sauce that’s just divine. I used to think of soy sauce as just a condiment, but that stuff is a REASON to cook rice.

I’m going to go this winter… December, January, February… some time to escape the snow, here.
