Music lovers may already know that The Police released a 2 disc compilation album called, plainly, “The Police” earlier this month. As of this month, fans across the globe could buy the latest offering by the highly acclaimed, talented (and might I say, still sexy?) pop stars on Amazon.

In honor of the band’s 30th Anniversary, and the 28 track career spanning compilation, they’ve released some awesomely interactive marketing pieces.

And last, but not least, if you love The Police & love rockin’ out to their hits from the late 70’s, early 80’s, you must get this 2 CD set. It even has the band’s very first single, from 1977.

This is probably the coolest banner ad I have ever seen or featured on any of my sites. It’s fabulous. How much time can you waste having fun with this?
